Our official local riding season begins after Memorial Day weekend.
Clermont Brown Covered Bridge Ride 05/12/12
We will be riding to visit some of the area covered bridges in Clermont and Brown Counties. Meet at Meijer Gas Station corner of State Route 32 & Glen Este Withamsville Road in Eastgate at 9 AM, kickstands up promptly at 9:30 AM. Ride Captain: Elyse Lake Lure, NC 05/18/12 - 05/21/12
We will be riding to the Beautiful Lake Lure, NC on Friday, May 18, 2012 and returning home on Monday, May 21, 2012. On Saturday we will be enjoying a ride through the twisty winding route 80 and 229A, with a stop in Little Switzerland, NC. On Sunday we will be taking some back roads over to Mt. Pisgah National Forest and making a stop at sliding rock. If you have some interest in this trip and are not already booked, send me an email and I will provide you with the motel information and you can make your own reservations. We will most likely be leaving from Frischs at Beechmont Ave and 275 on Friday morning but I will send you meet up information.  |
